*choose 3 entrees and 3 mains, or 3 mains and 3 desserts, or 3 entrees, mains and desserts
*guests choose from the (pre-determined) short menu on the night

*for tables of more than 17 people
*choose 2 entrees and 2 mains, or 2 mains and 2 desserts, or 2 entrees, mains and desserts
*pre-selected dishes are alternated 50/50 between guests when served
